Abstract

The article analyses the Italian public contracts regulation under the perspective of its anticorruption effects. The objective is to identify the most risk-exposed aspects of public negotiation, as for either adjudication and execution, in the aim to verify the capacity of the regulatory framework to ensure integrity (and efficiency) in the contractual activity.
