Abstract

Concerning the on-going procedural reforms of the Italian Civil Procedure Code taken by the Minister of Justice Cartabia, this essay aims to highlight some of the novelties that may represent achievements of great value. This especially with regard to the initial part of the claim and the new fact pleading approach conceived in this same attempt of reform. An approach to be undoubtedly approved.
