Abstract
In the paper, I provide replies to the comments and objections Marco Brigaglia and Bruno Celano, as well as Maria Cristina Redondo raised in the context of my conception of the role of imagination in rule-following. I clarify the distinction between rudimentary and abstract rules, the concepts of normativity and justification I use, and also discuss how to understand abstraction.
