Abstract

The paper examines the default point nudge, which can be leveraged in several domains so as to help people make better decisions. Indeed, this specific nudge can be helpful to modify decision-making context, when citizens do not make any of the given choices, by setting the best one as the default option. Lastly, the author drafts a bill, in order to change the operability of the default option of the current Italian law on organ donation from corpses
