Abstract

This review is an effort to provide an overview on the state of research on innovation from a psychosocial view. In order to provide a general framework, we analysed the published literature from creativity domain to innovation domain, at different level of analysis: individual, group, organization. The material discussed has revealed the regular attentions to certain issues over time and some critical moments of development toward the necessary awareness about the integration between the innovation antecedents and the phases of his process.
