Abstract

This short note aims to analyze some of the suggestions coming from the reading of the paper by Luca Tommasi focused on the complex issue of quality assessment in the academic context in light with the great changes that have invested the Italian Universities in this «turbulent decade». The main aim is to discuss about the implications brought about by these changes for Psychology and specifically for Work and Organizational Psychology as disciplinary domain. In the meantime, some possible future developments are proposed.
