Abstract
The paper examines the main authorial variants in a group of poems by Umberto Saba, the ones published on the Florentine journal «Solaria» in the fourth decade of the Twentieth century. The collation between the texts published in the journal and the ne varietur text - that is the Canzoniere pubished by Einaudi in 1957 - allows to outline some trends in Saba's variantistic practice.
