Abstract

The essay is a philosophical confrontation between two of the most important thinkers of the second half of XXth century, Paul Ricoeur and Hannah Arendt. Ricoeur, while critically discussing some key terms of Arendt's oeuvre - power, action and natality - attempts an ontological and epistemological questioning of the entire Arendtian discourse.
