Abstract
The Author focusses his attention on the relationship between citizen and alien. The last one has a double meaning: the external foreigner and the internal enemy, which result both from the exclusion process modern and contemporary citizenship have been created by. The Author opposes to contemporary crisis of citizenship the experience of "diaspora".
