Abstract

For a liberal or an antipaternalist the theme of decisions and actions based on metaphysical-transcendent beliefs is complex: these actions are irrational or are rational and on which grounds? We can permit a suicide based on metaphysical-transcendent beliefs? In this article, I will argument for a possible solution of this problem grounded on some kind of liberal agnosticism.
