Abstract

The article suggests an approach based on the notion of forms of life broached by Wittgenstein and other modernist authors. This perspective emphasizes the fragile cohesion of actions, attitudes and gestures which make up the conditions of our living. The intimacy and familiarity with life are earned by overcoming the denial of such conditions under the form of sublimation.
