Abstract

ACA, but everybody calls it Obamacare. The initials of the American health reform stand for a specific program, the Affordable Care Act. It is a reform for economically affordable health care, regardless of the income level and of the state of health. The article explains the main points of the reform, how it was criticized and the answers given by its supporters. The author also reports the recent doubts of the American middle class and its past expectations.
