Abstract
The paper aims to analyze the concept of ‘colonial genocide’ elaborated by the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls in its report published on 3 June 2019 and the international responsibility of Canada for its wrongful act according to the current international law.
