Abstract
Using rav Joseph Soloveitchik's explanation of the dual narrative of the creation of man in the Bible as a template, the paper proposes a deep and friendly appreciation of the life and work of the late Massimo Rosati (1969-2014), an Italian Durkheimian intellectual working on the themes of religion, post-secularism, and social solidarity.
