Observations in term of theft of cultural heritage (art. 518-bis of the criminal code)
Abstract
This paper aims to analyse the new crime of theft of cultural property, introduced in Article 518-bis of the Italian Criminal Code by Law no. 22/2022, focusing in particular on the critical issues inherent in the notion of "cultural property" and in the interaction with other crimes.
